About me

I’m a Senior Computer Science student at the University of Texas at Arlington with strong experience in software development and academic research. I’ve worked with a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, C, and Kotlin, through hands-on projects in mobile apps, databases, and algorithm design. Currently, I work as a Learning Specialist, where I support student success and cultivate my skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and mentorship. I'm particularly interested in the fields of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence/machine learning, driven by the growing impact these areas have on our digital world. I’m eager to continue expanding my technical knowledge, connect with professionals in the industry, and contribute to meaningful innovations.

Areas of Interest

    Artificial Intelligence

AI is the future! Embracing it now is like leveling up to the next stage of evolution, gearing up for tomorrow’s tech, today! I’m currently enrolled in the Break Through Tech AI Program, a year‑long immersive experience (May 2025–April 2026) where I’m mastering industry‑relevant machine learning and AI skills. Over the summer, I completed the ML Foundations curriculum (12–15 hrs/week), diving into data pipelines, model training, validation, and tools like Python, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, and pandas. Now, I’ll be working alongside peers on real‑world AI Studio projects from industry partners . This experience is sharpening my technical expertise while enhancing my collaboration, communication, and career readiness skills.

    Cyber Security

I'm intrigued by cybersecurity because of the rapidly increasing number of cyberattacks and data breaches that impact individuals, organizations, and even governments. To deepen my understanding and build practical skills in this field, I’m currently pursuing a Cyber Security Certificate alongside my Computer Science degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, I’ve completed the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, which equipped me with hands-on knowledge in network security, system administration, threat detection, and incident response. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to contributing to a more secure digital future.

    SWE

Designing and building software is exciting, I get to turn ideas into reality by writing code, one step at a time. Through my Computer Science degree, I’m learning the full spectrum of software engineering fundamentals, from object-oriented programming and software documentation to testing principles and version control. I'm also building a strong foundation in core computer science concepts like data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques—all essential skills for developing reliable, efficient, and maintainable software.
